Strengths Based Education
What does strengths based education mean to you? The Clifton Strengths School gives educators of all kinds the ability and expertise to implement strengths based development inside and outside of the classroom. It gives voice and a common language to the unique talents each child or young adult has which in return fosters growth, self-efficacy, hope, well-being and engagement.

CSS offers two kinds of educational experiences: We have created a certificate in strengths based education (CSBE) and a masters in strengths based education (MSBE) which enables professionals to learn from prestigious faculty and researchers about ways to maximize self, individuals, groups, classes, campuses and communities. We also offer professional development courses in areas like strengths educator or strengths explorer etc. These courses run regularly throughout the year and allow us to reach as many people possible who are interested in gaining a better understanding of the “how” and “why” of strengths based approach.
Let’s use this opportunity to put our heads together and create a positive ripple effect throughout our schools and future generations. Please share articles, success stories, questions, power points, and general thoughts here!
