This group will be devoted to Strengths at the middle school level. First, we will look at how to implement a solid strengths based environment to promote teacher engagment. Second, we will discuss how to implement Strengths Explorer.

Hi I oversee the equivalent of a middle school in Port Macquarie Australia. We have begun the journey of becoming a strengths based school but are challenged on how to embed it in our school culture. Our staff have done the Clifton Strengths Finder and some have had a coaching session. We are still very new to the concepts and would love to know how other schools have introduced it to their students especially their younger students.

I am a counselor, not an educator. However, I frequently have my middle school-aged clients take StrengthsExplorer. It's just as beneficial for the parents as it is for the student!
