Hi, I really enjoyed meeting everyone also. Tracy I think it is the competition, which I find wonderfully refreshing that you have embraced it as the strength that it is. Have any of you implemented StrengthsQuest/Finder with your students yet?

Is it my competition or my communication making me post first? Either way, it was great to meet everyone and I hope we'll have great conversations here about how we're using strengths on our campuses (or in our lives)!
