Greetings! Those who are considering pursuing a Ph.D. or Ed.D. in higher education should check out Azusa Pacific University. Our programs are distinguished by a strengths-based approach to leadership and education. For a brief introduction, view the four-minute clip that captures the vision behind the partnership between APU’s Noel Academy for Strengths-Based Leadership and Education and our doctoral programs. Just click on the “Evan” screen on the Academy’s home page: www.apu.edu/strengthsacademy. Questions? Send me an e-mail: klongman@apu.edu

I have just started my new position as Director of Retention Programs at Morehead State. We are beginning the journey of becoming a strengths-based campus. Any ideas on where to begin making a difference from a Career Services or other areas. We are not yet using StrengthsQuest campus-wide, but my hope is to move that way. We are currently introducing an approach based on Dependable Strengths.
