Good morning all! I am looking to start a new StrengthsQuest based program at the two year college that I work at... but first I have to win over the management team (there are 7 of us on the team). We are going on a management retreat next month and they have agreed to take the StrengthsFinder and allow me to provide a training on the program, its uses, and how it can impact our students.
