A chance to grow...
As someone with the strength of WOO, I thrive off of rooms full of people. This week is nothing but exciting for me. Experiencing the "How to Build a Strengths-Based Campus" Conference has been an exhilarating experience. Not only is my individualization fed by learning the unique themes and strengths of everyone I meet, but so is my Developer.
