My personal mission is to help clients become more effective at understanding and mastering the world of work. I'm currently interning at a career center at community college and I'm seeing more people, especially boomers, looking to find work or change it. With the budget the way it is in my state (CA) it's not likely that we'll be using strengthfinder 2.0 with our clients any time soon. I do my best though to introduce the concepts where I can.

The sooner people know about their natural strengths/talents, the sooner they can find that right fit where they can excel. Wish I would have had this information when I was in school. Luckily we happened to stumble across it.

Educators have an incredible opportunity to share this with as many peers and students so they are equipped to match opportunities in education and in the working world with their unique talents. I wish you continued success and I hope to contribute more to this group in the future. Todd
