Gallup has beaten me to the punch by providing an informed consent statement at the login prompt which covers most contingencies. I'd be curious to know if schools are still planning to use their own statements. Chris

Woo - draw energy from interactions with others. Discipline - see the benefit or value in routine and regimented activities. Can easily create processes to accomplish tasks. Developer - sees the potential in others and work to bring that out of them.

Hi Chris,

I'm attaching the document we are currently using when we try to get others jazzed about strengths. It includes some background on employee engagement, since most of our work is done with business/industry, and a description of the course work we have designed. I hope this helps you!!!
