Not "talent" examples. "Strength" examples - a combination of talent, skills and knowledge which produce "consistent, near perfect results in a given activity." I'd like to share some student-focused examples so that students can better understand the equation. Anyone have a few quick ones?See More

I did complete my dissertation on first generation students. Don't know if this will be helpful, but I have attached my lit review. Might be some helpful information.
