Dionne Davila's Page

I work at the University of Texas at San Antonio (UTSA) in the University Career Center and most of our counseling staff have taken either StrengthsFinder or StrengthsQuest and are familiar with the language of strenghts. As career counselors we implement and use our strengths when working with students, employers, and faculty. We hope to continue to teach and communicate the power of leveraging strengths with our students as they continue to create and achieve their career goals.
