Hello Dr. Romero,
I work at Nimitz High School in Irving, Texas. We are about to start an Institute at our campus called LEEAD: Leadership, Environment, Entrepreneurship, Agriculture, Diversity. I would like to utilize Strengths with all of the students who opt to join our program. I feel confident about using Strengths with students but would like your insights into how you have used them to combine Agriculture and Diversity. I think I may need your expertise to give my arguments some credibility with my Principal. Can we start a conversation?

Hello Edward:

I hope all is well. I promised you a contact at University of Denver. Her name is Tracey Peters. She's the Director of their Center for Multicultural Excellence and uses strengths-based campus approach. her email is tracey.peters@du.edu. I met her at the AAC&U conference in CA. Many Thanks

Yes, I know. I have to dig them out of the file that is in the trunk of my car. How's that for "organization". Take care.
