- About Me:
- I am the Academic Manager of the Clifton Strengths School. Alongside some of Gallup’s educational leaders, I get the privilege to build a virtual campus where educators of all kinds can get expertise in strengths based education. I help create a meaningful and impactful experience for our students to integrate strengths based development strategies within their campuses and communities. As a strengths performance coach, I work with our students to help them identify and implement not only their own strengths but also to see and maximize the talent of their peers and students. Education is mission driven and the CSS experience provides people the tools to mass individualize inside and outside the classroom to make each student or child feel validated and unique. I attended Duke University for my undergraduate degree and attended University of Pennsylvania to receive my Masters of Applied Positive Psychology.
