I saw your question come through my e-mail inbox last night, and I wanted to let you know that I try to regularly take advantage of the webinars provided through StrengthsQuest. I always enjoy hearing an update on the research from Dr. Shane Lopez, and I've also listened to a couple webinars that highlight how to implement strengths into a first-year program.
I'm not sure that completely answered your question, but I thought I would let you know the benefits that the webinars have provided to me!
If you have any questions, feel free to let me know!
I have tapped into the webinars for StrengthsQuest, too. The free webinars that they've held have been great and have helped to encourage more utilization of SQ with our college students. My co-worker brought SQ to our program a couple of years ago, but we've struggled to implement it with our college students. I work for a federal TRiO grant program known as Student Support Services that's main mission is to improve retention & graduation rates of our at-risk/disadvantaged college students. We love helping them focus on their strengths to succeed and listening to the webinars has helped discover more ways to do that. I've listened to three so far & am planning on listening to the one next week on implementing strengths into a Freshman Seminar Program. Please tell me more of how you utilize SQ with where you work. It sounds like you have been listening to several SQ webinars, too.
