Hi Nancy! StrengthsQuest is not a full time role for me, I'm more of the project manager as we continue to roll out SQ across campus. But, I guess for now, I coordinate SQ for both students and employees.

I don't know how much help I can be, but I'd be glad to try... Terry

Hi Terry ... are you a SQ Coordinator for the student side, or the employee side of your school? I'm in HR and am looking for folks to chat with about implementation of strengths theory and application for employees.

I'm the Director of Staff Development at Kalamazoo Valley Community College in MIchigan, but spent the first 17 years of my life in Syracuse and visit my folks once a year there.
