Hi! I wanted to introduce myself to you because I have a feeling that you may work at Winona State and I graduated from UW - La Crosse. I feel that makes us somehow connected! Anyway, I currently work at Tennessee State University and we are using Strengths as part of our orientation curriculum. I'm excited to hear how you will be using it as part of Residence Life, or if you plan to use it in a different capacity!
