I work at Nimitz High School in Irving, Texas. We are about to start an Institute at our campus called LEEAD: Leadership, Environment, Entrepreneurship, Agriculture, Diversity. I would like to utilize Strengths with all of the students who opt to join our program. I feel confident about using Strengths with students but would like your insights into how you have used them to combine Agriculture and Diversity. I think I may need your expertise to give my arguments some credibility with my Principal. Can we start a conversation?
