John,

Love the video. I'm doing a presentation at the National Board for Professional Teaching Standards (NBPTS) conference in Atlanta in a few weeks called "Hope for the Future: A Strengths-based Approach to Enhancing Student Well-Being" and I was wondering if you would be willing to let me share this video with my audience (about 50 National Board Certified Teachers). I taught for 9 years in a high school and now teach a class at KU on classroom management using hope and strengths as the foundation. This presentation is designed to share the techniques and strategies (like the hope plan) that grew out of my experiences teaching that class. Having another educator talk about their experiences using the StrengthsFinder and the hope plan would be a powerful addition to my presentation. What do you think?

I wish. It's only about 8 hours from my front door and yet I don't get there often enough.

Great video. I love the environment. If that is your backyard I am very jealous.

Thanks John. I appreciate your comments on your experience with hope and your students. Great to hear your emphasis on building a developmental thread around strengths throughout the school year. Go Links!
