This is so exciting to see and hear other people share my views for a strengths-based education! However, although I have many people agree with me, it appears that not many, if any, have the courage to truly transform our educational system! It seems that they're comfortable with "supplementing" strengths into an already broken system. What about you?! Have you experienced any truly remarkably innovative models?

An amazing 18 minutes of explaining how schools could give students the opportunity to explore their talent and find their passion.
